Project Description

In December 2022, in Zakopane, near Chyców Potok Street, we began the construction of a retaining wall as part of the modernization of railway line no. 99 Chabówka-Zakopane. This investment was part of broader efforts by PKP Polish State Railways to extend platforms and raise the tracks and embankment by 2 meters to improve safety and train operation efficiency.

The construction of the retaining wall was necessary for stabilizing the embankment, which allowed us to avoid expropriation of private properties. The project was carried out in compliance with regulations and aimed at minimizing the impact on the surrounding area, while also improving the railway infrastructure in the region.
